A review of 2023

Fifteen years in business

We first opened in January 2008 in the heart of Dublin Docklands, which was a turbulent time for the Irish economy and property market. We are now fifteen years in business and are very grateful for the ongoing support of our clients. Today, we have a dedicated team of 28 employees who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients.

Recognition from the property industry

In March, our team won “Marketing Team of the Year” at the National Property Awards 2023 for producing unique marketing campaigns that highlighted our client’s properties and our brand.

In November, the team were presented with “Estate Agent of the Year” at the KMPG / Irish Independent Property Industry Excellence Awards 2023. These awards promoted innovation, sustainability, and exceptional performance in the sector.

We are now open for business in Ballsbridge

We have been supporting clients for many years in Dublin 4, so it made sense to open a new branch to fully support their needs. In May, we opened at 8 Merrion Road in Ballsbridge, and this has helped us to improve our service to local clients and we hope to continue to grow our business in the neighbourhood.

Increased market share

In a competitive market with low supply, we have increased our market share by 15% in our core markets. This year we were appointed letting agents on several new ‘build to rent’ developments in Dublin and we hope to become more active in this space.

Data analysis and reports

This year, we continued to invest time in data analysis and produced numerous reports detailing real time trends we are seeing in the marketplace. These reports help our clients and all stakeholders in the Dublin property market to make informed decisions.

Most followed estate agency in Ireland

We have been very focused on growing our presence on social media over the last 12 months, and we are now the most followed estate agency in Ireland with over 40,000 active followers. Today, our social media posts generate thousands of views on our clients’ properties and are generating high quality leads.

Goals for 2024

As a team, our goal is to develop further to enhance our service offering. We hope to improve our service levels, our marketing and the results we produce for our clients. We would like to open a branch on the Northside of Dublin to further support our local client’s needs there.
