Block Property Manager OMC

Owen Reilly is seeking to employ an experienced licensed D Property Manager to join our team and manage our portfolio. This suits an ambitious property professional who wants to grow an ambitious company that offers career progression.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in residential block management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the sector.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Have PSRA License D
  • Ambition to develop and be a market leader.

The Role

  • Day to day customer service with all stakeholders.
  • Managing pitches.
  • Business development.
  • Liaising with Directors of OMC’s on a regular basis.
  • Facilities management including appointment and supervision of contractors and management of on-site staff.
  • Financial management of each individual company to a pre-determined budget.
  • Attending and running AGM’s, General Meetings and Directors meetings.
  • Compliance regarding statutory obligations of the Owner Management Companies (OMC’s) and adherence to the Multi-Unit Development (MUD) Act.

    Property Portfolio Manager

    Dublin

    We are seeking an experienced property management professional to manage a high-quality property portfolio in Dublin city centre and suburbs and join our award-winning team. This is a dynamic role and perfect for someone who likes dealing with people and working in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally possess appropriate third level degree and /or professional qualification and have 3+ years relevant experience with relevant PSRA licence.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Conduct interim inspections on managed properties.
    • Work closely with the lettings team.
    • Protect the value of our client’s assets.
    • Coordinate pre-letting works on managed properties.
    • Conduct rent reviews.
    • Instruct, manage, and monitor third party contractors to deliver services required for property maintenance.
    • Work with finance team to minimise rental arrears.
    • Some tenancy administration.
    • Managing move outs.
    • Understand and comply with all the relevant provisions of the PSR Act, current Anti Money Laundering, BER and Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland.

    Ideal candidate will have:

    • In depth knowledge of the Dublin residential market.
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal and results orientated.
    • Ability to identify opportunities and win new business.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
    • Must have relevant PSRA licence.
    • Must be a car owner, expenses will be paid.

      Sales and Lettings Negotiator in Ballsbridge

      Dublin

      We are seeking an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Dublin 4 team in Ballsbridge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast paced negotiator role with extensive knowledge and expertise of the prime Dublin property market.

      Ideal candidate will have:

      • Strong experience in residential sales and lettings, ideally in Dublin 4.
      • In depth knowledge of the Dublin residential market.
      • A client base.
      • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
      • Self-motivated.
      • An ability to identify new business opportunities.
      • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
      • Active on all social media platforms.
      • Must have a PSRA licence: both B and C categories are essential.

        • Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
        • Launching properties on portals and CRM.
        • Updating databases.
        • Organising photographers
        • Conducting measure ups, videos, and VR Tours.

        Requirements:

        • Hardworking and honesty.

        • Ability to work at a fast pace.
        • Technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
        • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

        • Full clean drivers licence and own car essential.
