After selling 70 Hanover Riverside, the new owner carried out a complete renovation of the property which transformed it into a stunning light filled property with stylish furnishings.

Just as lockdown commenced in Dublin in March 2020, we were tasked with renting the property. Relying on our VR walkthrough tour we were able to remotely show the apartment to professionals without physically meeting them. All the references and paperwork were loaded, checked, and signed through our MyOwenReilly platform. The agreed was €3,000 per month.
