We listed 84 Ranelagh, a stunning restoration of a protected structure set in the middle of Ranelagh Village, for sale September 2021 with an asking price of €1,250,000. We first launched on our website and matched with our database. This was followed by a full launch on our social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn and then featuring on MyHome and Daft.  We also secured a prime editorial in The Sunday Business Post.

From the offset there was strong enquiries and viewings. After two short weeks we generated bidding from five interested parties, resulting in selling the property for €1,440,000 with the process managed by Clodagh Murphy and Owen Reilly.
