The Irish Times featured our special market report on the Dublin 8 residential sales market. Average selling prices in Dublin 8 were 9.4% higher than the average asking price, compared to +4.6% in the rest of prime Dublin. Demand was greatest for homes up to €500,000 where buyers were motivated to get out of the dysfunctional rental market. Over half of sellers were landlords existing the market, and average selling times were extremely fast at 4.8 weeks.
