Owen offered some key advice to The Irish Times on the importance of getting to know an area before you buy your home. One of the key pieces of advice Owen gives people is finding out who the next-door neighbours are. If there is an issue you don’t want to leave it until its too late. Transport links are also vital, and the LUAS, in particular is a huge draw for buyers to an area. Consider parking also as this can cause a lot of inconvenience for visitors to your home, and always think long term!
