Owen Reilly is delighted to announce the official opening of the company’s newest branch located in the heart of Dublin 4.
The company plans to hire five staff in 2023 for the Ballsbridge location to fill various sales and management roles. The new Ballsbridge office, which is located at 8 Merrion Road, will be the fourth Owen Reilly office and will support the company’s existing clients and hopes to attract new clients in the area within the residential property sector.
Estate Agent and Managing Director of the company, Owen Reilly is pleased to be expanding the business, though the company has been representing clients in Ballsbridge for many years.
Speaking about the launch, Owen Reilly says; “I’m thrilled to be opening in a prime location in Ballsbridge after several months looking for a suitable space. I live close by, and my colleagues and I have many clients and friends in the neighbourhood who have supported our business in the past, and hopefully they will continue to do so in the future. It’s great to now have a physical presence here.”

Reilly continues; “We offer residential sales, lettings, and property management services. We also offer block management services. We hope to offer tailored advice to those with property interests in the Dublin 4 area. Branch Manager Reid Thomas and I will be available here to advise clients”.
