We have released our key stats for April which includes some interesting trends the team have experienced on the Dublin residential market over the last number of weeks.
The key trends we saw:
- Our average selling price was €578,933 / €593 per sq. ft.
- Average selling price 4.4% above asking which indicates a seller’s market.
- Demand continues to surpass supply across our markets.
- Demand has been strong for all property types particularly houses.
- 55% of our buyers are first-time buyers.
- The average age of our buyers is 46.
