The positive start to 2023 continued into February with strong enquiries and viewing numbers though the expected pick up in new properties coming to market has not materialised yet. Our average selling price was €497,082 / €661 per sq. ft. First-time buyers continued to be our most active buyer accounting for 67% of our owner occupier buyers. Our average selling prices were 3.2% over asking prices, compared to +6.3% in January. 60% of listings were agreed above asking compared to over 80% for the same month last year. In the rental market, our average monthly rental value was €2,121 per month. 60% of our tenants were working in the technology sector.
