A breakdown on our sales transactions in October. It was a very positive month with a flurry of activity the week leading into lockdown. The most motivated buyer we have been dealing with are first time buyers, particularly in the <€450,000 price range. Weeks on market reduced 4 weeks from Q3 and most properties are achieving their asking prices, some are selling well their asking price. We have seen a significant decrease in the number of properties coming to market. Will be in interesting if supply picks up when lockdown ends in December, not a traditionally busy month.
