We have released our key stats for Q2 for Docklands which includes some interesting trends our Docklands team have experienced on the residential market over the last number of months. Some key trends are noted.
- Our average selling price was €601,727 / €706 per sq. ft.
- Average selling prices were 1.2% above asking
- 55% of our buyers are owner occupiers with 83% accounting for first-time buyers
- Average rent was €2,068, down slightly from €2,072 in Q1.
- There was a notable increase in average household salary, up by 14% on Q1.
