We have released our key stats for Q2 for Milltown which includes some interesting trends our Southside team have experienced on the Milltown residential market over the last number of months. Some key trends are noted.

- Average selling prices were 2.5% above asking
- 70% of our buyers are owner occupiers with 86% accounting for first-time buyers
- Average rent was €2,210, down from €2,345 in Q1.
- There was a notable increase in average household salary, an increase of 58% on Q1.
