We have released our Dublin Docklands Residential Report which confirms that the average selling price was €483,875. Average price per sq.ft. was €623, down 3.85% on 2018. Overall, different tiers of the market are performing very differently and for the first time, and the majority of our buyers are owner-occupiers. Only 8% of tenants in Docklands are Irish and 55% of our tenants work in the technology sector. Read report for full market details.
