We retained Owen Reilly to let an apartment at Hanover Dock. He arranged to view the apartment with a colleague on 24 hour’s notice, and promised a letting at a more than acceptable rent within two weeks. We were sceptical. Two days later he reverted with confirmation of the letting and at the rent indicated. One could not ask for more.
