Stephen Mooney: Head of Block Management.
Stephen Mooney joins us as Head of Block Management. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of residential and commercial property management with him. Over the last ten years, Stephen has worked on a wide range of properties and across multiple areas of the property industry. Stephen holds qualifications in Property Management and Facilities Management and is an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Stephen has worked on some of the largest residential developments in the country in his previous roles with IRES, Aramark and Lisney.
Catherine McGettigan: Sales and Lettings Negotiator.
Catherine joins our team as an experienced sales and lettings negotiator focused on South Dublin and along the Grand Canal. Her proven track record in sales and marketing strategies guarantees success for clients.
Ciara Guinevan: Portfolio Manager.
Ciara joins our property management team as an experienced portfolio manager, based in our Grand Canal Dock branch. Ciara has extensive experience in property management with many years working in this area and she holds a higher certificate in property services and facilities management from TU Sligo.
Kelly Pointer: Associate.
Kelly has joined in an agent support role in our Dublin 8 branch. Kelly brings excellent digital and communication skills to the role and has outstanding attention to detail. She holds a master’s degree in marketing from UCD and is looking forward to expanding her skills in a new industry.
