Since then, a number of residents have left the development and our role is to let available units quickly. We have a dedicated OPUS lettings team in place and we are letting units when they become available quickly. We are meeting our agreed KPIs with low void periods. Overall, we have generated thousands of views on OPUS across our social media channels and as new rentals are released to us, we are renting them quickly.
