Three luxury duplex penthouses in one of Dublin’s most sought-after locations
Following the successful sale of the first four apartments launched to the market at Spencer Dock in Dublin’s Docklands in April this year, selling agents Owen Reilly and Hooke & MacDonald have released another batch of three duplex penthouses for sale, with prices ranging from €1 million to €1.1 million.
Tagged as the alternative Dublin ‘trophy home’, the Dublin Docklands represents the most valuable real-estate in Dublin’s city centre and there is always a strong market for Spencer Dock according to Owen Reilly.
“The first tranche of penthouses attracted interest from Irish and overseas buyers, from some investors and people in search of very special homes,” said Reilly. “These are homes that offer the proportions, unique features and outdoor spaces that would generally be associated with a very aspirational home. Additionally, as units in a very well-maintained and well-manged apartment complex, they come without management or maintenance issues.”
