In Dublin 1, 70 percent of our buyers were owner-occupiers and the majority of them are first timber buyers.
In Dublin 2, our typical buyer was an owner-occupier in their forties. Only one in three of our buyers were investors compared to over 80% ten years ago.
In Dublin 8, turnkey period homes performed extremely well and average selling times were faster here than other areas at an average of four to six weeks. One third of buyers had cash funds and the majority of buyers were owner-occupiers.
