It was good to contribute to The Sunday Business Post feature on why small landlords are leaving the rental market. Our data reflects this trend together with the issue of continued low supply across Dublin. The reasons are clear for landlord’s actions with unfair interventions from the state with rent pressure zone rules, the RTB processes, unfair taxation, rising values, and generally too much regulation.
